I have 15 years of finance experience at various levels from sales and purchase ledger to being a Finance Business Partner supporting members of an organisations' leadership team.
I am a registered bookkeeper, fellow member and hold my practice license with the International association of bookkeepers (iab).
I hold the following qualifications:
CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounts
AAT Level 4
Merit - Level 3 in Payroll Management
QuickBooks Certified Online
Additional experience in:
Meetings : creating agendas, taking, writing and issuing minutes, managing actions
Project milestone reporting
Creating and providing training/user guides

Time is our most valuable and easily spent asset, to ease the burden of administration why not outsource some of the tasks. Leaving you free to focus on what's crucial to the success of the business. The virtual assistant services include:
Office Admin : monitoring emails, tracking time sheets, creating templates, diary management
Secretarial Admin : creating, editing and formatting documents and presentations, research, data entry, audio or copy typing
Event support : planning, coordinating, transport, travel arrangements
If you know you'll be needing a set amount of hours every month or will need attention within 48 hours then a Retainer Package will secure my time and allow me to dedicate those hours to your business

10 hours a month £220
20 hours a month £400
30 hours a month £540
Retainer Packages are payable 1st of the month, if you require additional hours these will be charged at your Retainer Package rate.
This option is perfect if you are unsure on how many hours your business may need or if you just want to try my services.
Pay-As-You-Go can be upgraded to a Retainer Package if you wish, this is a flexible option with a monthly invoice being issued at the end of each month.

Bespoke Bookkeeping Packages
Monthly packages are available on request. Please provide me with the services which are required and the frequency. Bespoke packages are payable 1st of the month.
