ALL ABOUT MICHELLE
I have 15 years of finance experience at various levels from sales and purchase ledger to being a Finance Business Partner supporting members of an organisations' leadership team.
I am a registered bookkeeper, fellow member and hold my practice license with the International association of bookkeepers (iab).
I hold the following qualifications:
CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounts
AAT Level 4
Merit - Level 3 in Payroll Management
Advanced excel
QuickBooks Certified Online

BOOKKEEPING
The most fundamental part of the accounting process is the bookkeeping, if you get this right then the rest will follow naturally. However this does not always come naturally for all business owners. M W Bookkeeping Services can provide your business with the expertise you need so you are in control.
Services include:
Manual or computerised bookkeeping
Purchase and sales ledger management including invoicing, credit control, calculating payment runs
Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
Property Accounts
Budgeting/Planning
Management Accounts including Monthly/Quarterly Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and variance reporting
VAT submissions
Bespoke reporting
Payroll
Liaising with Accountant at year end if required
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Time is our most valuable and easily spent asset, to ease the burden of administration why not outsource some of the tasks. Leaving you free to focus on what's crucial to the success of the business. The virtual assistant services include:
Office Admin : monitoring emails, tracking time sheets, creating templates, diary management
Secretarial Admin : creating, editing and formatting documents and presentations, research, data entry, audio or copy typing
Event support : planning, coordinating, transport, travel arrangements
RATES
Retainer Package
If you know you'll be needing a set amount of hours every month or will need attention within 48 hours then a Retainer Package will secure my time and allow me to dedicate those hours to your business
5 hours a month £145
10 hours a month £285
20 hours a month £560
30 hours a month £825
Retainer Packages are payable 1st of the month, if you require additional hours these will be charged at your Retainer Package rate.
Pay-As-You-Go
This option is perfect if you are unsure on how many hours your business may need or if you just want to try my services.
Pay-As-You-Go can be upgraded to a Retainer Package if you wish, this is a flexible option with a monthly invoice being issued at the end of each month.
Pay-As-You-Go rate £30 per hour
Bespoke Bookkeeping Packages
Monthly packages are available on request. Please provide me with the services which are required and the frequency. Bespoke packages are payable 1st of the month.
Payroll
Please contact me for a payroll quote, rates are based on number of employees and the frequency of payruns.
On Site Rates
If you require me to work at your office, please contact me for non-virtual rates.
